Julie James has spent over two decades building things across borders — from launching the UAE's first occupational health clinic in Dubai, to leading fraud-prevention and partnership strategy for major insurers back in Canada.
Along the way she's advised startups, helped bring three books to life, and built a career on a simple instinct: spotting the right opportunity before anyone else does, and knowing exactly who needs to be in the room.
A sociology graduate fascinated by how people and organizations really work, Julie co-founded Kairos Collective to do at scale what she'd always done instinctively — bring the right people together, at exactly the right time. Her own network spans Canada, the US, the Middle East, India, Europe and Africa — and that's the network every Kairos client gets to tap into.
